Terms & Conditions
These General Competition Entry Rules apply to all of Bron’s Digital Print and Bron’s Photography’s competitions. They may be amended or varied from time to time by the Promoter. Special Competition Rules may apply to particular competitions, in which case an addendum to these rules will be made for that competition. Please visit www.bronsdigital.com.au for special competition rules for competitions you wish to enter.

1. The name of the promotion is “BDPWIN” which will run for a period of 1 month.
2. The name of the promoter is “Bron’s Digital Print”, ABN 69 451 569 891, Shop 12 Marsden Park Shopping Centre, Chambers Flat Road, Marsden Qld 4132.
3. Entry into the promotion is by simply telling us what you think about us and our website. Every entry will go into a draw.
4. Entries must be received before the time the draw is conducted.
5. The winning draw will receive the following:-
a. A COMPLETE DESIGN PACKAGE, INCLUDING 1000 BUSINESS CARDS as listed on our website www.bronsdigital.com.au.
6. Total value of the prize/s is $585.00.
7. The draw will take place the last day of the month at Bron’s Digital Print.
8. The winning name will be announced in store and displayed in store. The winner will be advised by telephone. Proof of identity will be required to redeem prize.
9. If the prize is not claimed within 30days of being notified there will be a re-draw.
10. The prizes are NOT transferable or exchangeable, are NOT redeemable for cash.
11. Entrants under the age of 18 will require a guardian’s signature to enter.
13. Entries not received within the Promotional Period or not completed in accordance with the Conditions of Entry will not be eligible on win.
14. The information entrants provide will be used by Bron’s Digital Print for the purpose of conducting this promotion. The prize winners agree to the use of their name, image and photograph/s for publicity and promotion purposes, without compensation.
15. Entrants private information will not be sold or made available to any other organisation.
16. By entering the Promotion, and in consideration of the opportunity to participate in the Promotion, each entrant agrees to be bound by and observe these terms and conditions. The entrant also agrees to receive Bron’s Digital Print E-newsletter and Specials (you can un-subscribe at anytime).
17. The prize/s are not redeemable for cash.
19. All entry fields must be filled in to be valid. (i.e. name, address, email, phone, comments.)
20. Entries not received within the Promotional Period or not completed in accordance with the Conditions of Entry will not be eligible to win.
21. In entering into this promotion you except to receive newsletters and promotional information from “The Promoter”. The prize winners agree to the use of their name, image and photograph’s for publicity and promotion purposes, without compensation.
22. “The Promoter” will not be made available or sell any participants personal details to any other organisation.
